AI & Workflow Automation

Most compliance work is moving the same information between systems and producing documents from it. That is exactly the work that should not be done by hand.

The problem

The industry standard is still a person re-typing a spreadsheet

Look closely at what compliance administration consists of and most of it is transcription: taking a record from a training provider, entering it into a portal, copying it into a tracker, and producing a document that restates it in another format.

It is repetitive, rule-driven, high-volume work with a clear right answer — the exact profile of work that automation handles well and people handle expensively and inconsistently.

What we do

How we handle it

01

Generate operational flow documentation

Job packets, procedure documentation, and audit packages are produced from your live compliance data, so what is written always matches what is recorded.

02

Detect gaps and expirations continuously

Rules run against your roster and each operator’s requirements on an ongoing basis. You get told what will lapse, who it affects, and which jobs are exposed — with lead time to fix it.

03

Automate record intake

Safety logs, field forms, and photos from the job site, and certificates and evaluation records from training facilities, are read, formatted, and filed against the right person, job, and covered task, then routed to the platforms that need them. Nothing is keyed in by hand.

04

Track tasks, schedules, and forms automatically

Tasks, crew schedules, and forms are tracked as the work happens, updated when something changes, and flagged before they cause a problem, so nothing depends on someone remembering to check.

05

Review submissions before you submit

Documents are checked against platform requirements ahead of submission, catching the mismatches that cause rejections while they are still cheap to fix.

What you get

Outcomes

  • Administrative hours redirected from transcription to exceptions
  • Lapses caught with lead time instead of discovered at a gate
  • Documentation that stays consistent with the underlying records
  • Fewer rejected submissions and faster approvals

Why this is different

This is the part of our work that has no equivalent at a traditional compliance firm. Competitors sell more hours of manual administration. We reduce how many hours the work takes.

Questions

Common questions

Is our data used to train public AI models?
No. Your compliance and personnel data is processed for your work only. We will walk through exactly where data goes and what is retained before anything is connected.
Does a person still review the output?
Yes. Automation handles the volume and the watching; a person reviews exceptions and anything going to an operator or auditor. The point is to remove transcription, not oversight.
What if we are not ready to automate everything?
Nobody starts there. Most engagements begin with the manual work handled conventionally, then automate the highest-volume pieces once the underlying records are clean.

Find out what is about to lapse

Start with a compliance assessment. We inventory what you have, compare it against every operator you work for, and hand you a prioritized list of gaps — scope and cost agreed before any work begins.
